These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 367pk ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 367pk.net ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including the casino, live casino, sportsbook, and any other gaming or betting service made available to you.

By completing the registration process on 367pk, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 367pk Platform.

367pk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and maintain an account on 367pk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. No exceptions are made to this requirement under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 367pk or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or close relative of an employee of 367pk or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

367pk reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

When registering an account on 367pk, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid Pakistani mobile number (Jazz, Zong, Ufone, Telenor, or Warid). You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each individual may register only one account on the 367pk platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a material breach of these Terms. 367pk uses advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 367pk Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 367pk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

367pk will complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on your account before processing your first withdrawal and periodically thereafter. KYC documentation may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and verification of your payment method. This is a standard regulatory requirement and is non-negotiable.

All financial transactions on 367pk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Subject to the limits displayed in your 367pk cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit to your 367pk account within 30 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business hour.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours. Bank withdrawals may take 1–2 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal Verification: KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at 367pk's discretion.

367pk does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of 367pk's control.

All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in your own name. Using a payment account belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the original source.

367pk offers various bonus promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. This information is displayed clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• 367pk reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or exploitation of the promotion terms.
• Only one active welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players may not create additional accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times.

All casino games available on 367pk are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider and displayed within the game interface. 367pk acts as the platform operator and does not set game-specific rules, RTPs (Return to Player percentages), or outcomes — these are determined by the licensed game provider and their independently tested RNG systems.

For sportsbook and cricket betting, including PSL and international cricket markets, the following conditions apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellation or amendment is permitted after a bet is placed, except where the relevant sporting event is cancelled or abandoned in accordance with 367pk sportsbook void rules.
• Maximum stake limits apply to individual bet types and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• 367pk reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price, including obvious errors in odds quotation.
• In the event of a dispute about a bet result, the official result from the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches) shall be the determining reference.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at 367pk's discretion, particularly during critical match moments or where data feed integrity cannot be confirmed.

367pk utilises game and bet monitoring systems. Irregular patterns, including arbitrage betting strategies, may result in stake restrictions or account closure in accordance with these Terms.

367pk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can pose risks for some individuals and we have implemented the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from within your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive a notification when the limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks: Enable pop-up reminders at set intervals showing time spent and net gaming activity during the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 367pk platform. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account indefinitely.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from 367pk without permanently closing your account. Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days are available.

367pk will never market directly to a player who has set a self-exclusion or who has indicated a wish to limit their gaming activity. All responsible gaming restrictions are enforced at the system level and cannot be bypassed through the 367pk Login.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 367pk platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or other card games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain credits or winnings not legitimately earned.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Making chargebacks on deposits through your payment provider. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action to recover funds.

All content on the 367pk platform, including but not limited to the 367pk brand name, logo, website design, interface elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, sportsbook displays, promotional materials, and software, is the property of 367pk or its licensed suppliers and game providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of 367pk.

367pk collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data — including your name, CNIC details, Pakistani mobile number, and payment information — is used exclusively for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, conducting KYC and anti-fraud checks, and complying with applicable regulatory requirements. 367pk does not sell your personal data to third parties.

All data is stored securely and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and equivalent standards at rest. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements, by contacting the 367pk support team.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 367pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

367pk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 367pk's reasonable control, including (but not limited to) internet service disruptions, power outages, or acts of force majeure. 367pk shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of such unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 367pk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

367pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or abusive purposes;
• The player is not eligible to hold an account under Section 2;
• Regulatory obligations or law enforcement requirements necessitate account action.

In cases of suspected fraud or regulatory breach, 367pk may freeze account funds pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, any balances obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds not tied to a breach will be returned to the original payment source following the investigation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 367pk support. Before closing an account, any active bonuses will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your registered payment method.

367pk takes player complaints seriously and operates a structured complaints resolution process. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the Platform — including game outcomes, transaction disputes, or account decisions — please follow the steps below:

• Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact 367pk support via 24/7 live chat. Most complaints are resolved at this stage within minutes.
• Step 2 — Formal Email Complaint: If your issue is not resolved via live chat, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. Include your username, account details, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. 367pk will respond within 5 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after completing Steps 1 and 2, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under which 367pk is licensed.

367pk does not charge any fee for raising a complaint and will not penalise any player for making a legitimate complaint in good faith.

367pk may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 367pk will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter period is required by applicable regulation or law.

Your continued use of the 367pk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease use of the Platform before the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 367pk holds its gaming license. The Platform operates under an international online gaming license that imposes obligations relating to player protection, fair gaming, anti-money laundering, and responsible gaming.

Players accessing the 367pk platform from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms shall constitute legal advice, and players are encouraged to seek independent legal advice if in any doubt about the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
